What is Cloud Phone?

Cloud Phone is a virtual pbx that enables small businesses to quickly, easily, and affordably set up a business phone solution without having to purchase hardware. Add a 2nd number to any existing phone, packed full of business features. The service is packed with powerful features and can be managed via the web or mobile app.

How does the free trial work?

Select your pricing plan, choose your number, and enter your contact info. All plans come with a 30-day free trial. We will authorize but not charge your card at signup. Once your trial period is over, do nothing and your service will continue uninterrupted. Cancel anytime during your trial and you won’t be charged.

How many text messages could I send?

Depending on your calling plan, you could send and receive between 200 to unlimited monthly text messages.

Does Toll Free numbers support SMS?

Yes, all existing and new accounts with Toll Free numbers now have access to send and receive SMS to and from United States.

How do I make changes to my account?

The account management portal gives you total control over your account. Manage your settings, upgrade your plan, add extensions/numbers/users, cancel your service, or submit a support ticket.

Where can I call with my included minutes?

Bundled minutes include calling to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We only bill on the first leg of any call. We bill on the inbound leg of calls to your number and on the outbound leg of calls you make using your number.

Can I make calls to destinations other than the United States, Canada & Mexico?

Yes. You can make International calls using the mobile app. Cloud Phone has incredibly low International calling rates. International calls will be billed and added as usage on your following month’s bill.

What happens if I exceed my bundled minutes?

Overage minutes for the United States, Canada & Mexico are billed at a rate of $0.05 per minute.

What happens if I exceed my bundled messages?

Overage messages for the United States are billed at a rate of $0.05 per message.

Can I transfer an existing number to Cloud Phone?

Yes. It’s always free to move numbers to Cloud Phone. Once you have setup a new account, simply open a support request from within the account management portal. We’ll handle the rest for you.

Can I port out my Cloud Phone number to another provider?

Yes. We won’t charge a fee and we won’t hold up your port request.

Can I have more than one number?

Yes. You can always purchase additional toll-free or local numbers from the account management portal. Additional numbers will result in a monthly $1 charge. You can add numbers from the “Numbers” section of the “Account” page.

Are International numbers available?

Not yet. However, this is on our roadmap and we plan to offer them soon.

How do I cancel my account?

Within the account management portal you can request a support ticket to close your account. You can also cancel your account from the “Plans” section of the “Account” page.

Is there a Cloud Phone mobile app?

The Cloud Phone mobile app is available for both iOS and Android. You can use the app to easily make outbound phone calls, view history, and access additional featues like conferencing, eavesdrop and flip.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes. The account management portal will allow you to change your plan at any time. Change plan from the “Plans” section of the “Account” page.

Can I receive faxes on my Cloud Phone number?

Yes. All Cloud Phone numbers are fax enabled so you can receive faxes. Faxes will be delivered as a .pdf and also available on the “Activity” page.

Can I receive text messages on my Cloud Phone number?

Yes. Depending on your calling plan, you could receive 200 monthly messages up to unlimited.

Can I have more than 10 extensions?

Yes. You could have up to 25 extensions when you sign up or upgrade your plan to Unlimited.

Can I connect this to a SIP desk phone?

No, but we offer another product that may be better suited to your needs. Contact Sales at 619-900-9000.

Can I send a fax from my Cloud Phone number?

Not yet. However, we are working on this idea.

What types of call options exist?

Calls to extensions are routed to a list of locations and numbers that can accept calls. Items on this list can be reached in order, or the entire list can ring at once.

How can I configure Caller ID?

Inbound caller ID can be set to either your Cloud Phone number or the number of the person calling. Outbound caller ID can only be set to any of your Cloud Phone numbers. We do not allow spoofing of Caller ID.
