Cloud Phone accounts come with a local or toll-free phone number of your choice. You can purchase additional numbers if one isn’t enough.
Auto Attendant
Callers are welcomed by your company greeting and then presented with menu options in order to reach your extensions, listen to pre-recorded messages, or forward to other numbers.
Extensions
Extensions can be setup to route to the mobile app or multiple numbers, and can ring in order or simultaneously. Extensions can be setup for employees or departments.
